When a nation’s people reject God, God will eventually reject that nations people.

For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men who suppress the truth in unrighteousness, Because that which is known about God is evident within them; for God made it evident to them. For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen, being understood through what has been made, so that they are without excuse. For even though they knew God, they did not honor Him as God or give thanks, but they became futile in their speculations, and their foolish heart was darkened. Professing to be wise, they became fools, And exchanged the glory of the incorruptible God for an image in the form of corruptible man and of birds and four-footed animals and crawling creatures.  Therefore God gave them over (ABANDONED) in the lusts of their hearts to impurity, so that their bodies would be dishonored among them. For they exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen. For this reason God gave them over (ABANDONED) to degrading passions; for their women exchanged the natural function for that which is unnatural, and in the same way also the men abandoned the natural function of the woman and burned in their desire toward one another, men with men committing indecent acts and receiving in their own persons the due penalty of their error. And just as they did not see fit to acknowledge God any longer, God gave them over (ABANDONED) to a depraved mind, to do those things which are not proper, being filled with all unrighteousness, wickedness, greed, evil; full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, malice; they are gossips, slanderers, haters of God, insolent, arrogant, boastful, inventors of evil, disobedient to parents, without understanding, untrustworthy, unloving, unmerciful; and although they know the ordinance of God, that those who practice such things are worthy of death, they not only do the same, but also give hearty approval to those who practice them.   Romans 1:18-32

This passage of Scripture defines American culture today. Bookstores, media and blog sites, universities, churches and false religions, the educated and the uneducated, government, private and individuals, all rationalize and debate public discourse to try to justify why they do what they do, and come up with answers as to why there is so much that is so very wrong in the world today. And no one has any credible answers. We are left with the sum of collective fools.

I am an author, who has written a book detailing the moral decline in America, and the inevitable price we have all had to pay. Like everyone else, I searched all of my life for the answers to questions every person has or will ask:

Who am I, and why am I here?

Why did this happen to me?

Why is there so much wrong in this world?

What can be done to make right all of the wrongs?

All valid questions, but asked by people without the insight to understand the purpose that leads to enlightenment.

There are only two world-views. A theocratic Christian world-view and a secular humanist world-view. Everything falls within these two ideals and every person holds to one or to the other. No one is exempt.

The theocratic Christian world-view is held by those who believe in the sovereignty of God, and the inerrancy of Scripture. Men and women whose lives have been transformed by the Gospels message of salvation through Jesus Christ, and by the indwelling of Gods holy Spirit in the recreated spirit and the renewed mind of the believer. Biblical truth that is revealed, then creates a confidence in knowing what is moral, right or wrong, and when untruth is spoken, taught or practiced, by the deceiver and the unsuspecting. Better known as wisdom… Something the people of todays enlightened culture are grossly lacking.

The secular humanist world-view is held by those who believe man is the source of all things. This ideal gives definition as to why there is so much that is so very wrong in the world today. No more dialogue needed.

America was privileged in its beginning. There is no debate as to whether our founding fathers were led by divine providence in the establishing of this nations Charters of Freedom. History proves none of these men were perfect, but the written documents and many national monuments, and even the American dollar, proves once again, that the Judeo-Christian belief was the ideal that influenced the decisions these men made. Sinners in the hands of a merciful and loving God, who then uses men and women yielded to His purpose.

America is not a nation of covenant, and neither is America a Christian nation. Nations are not Christian, people are. The only statement I agree upon with our chosen president, Barack Obama. He is Gods appointed man for this time in American history. America’s founding fathers succeeded from the dictatorship government of England to become a nation of people free to realize the enjoyment of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, and the freedom to worship God as taught in Scripture, and not be influenced by the established religion of England at that time. Churches were the hub of communities, and the schools and universities used the Bible as a text book for children to learn how to read and to develop character in young adults. History books are full of this knowledge, but these books are no longer allowed in this nation’s school curriculum. Proving the evidence of the dumbing-down of America’s youth.

Like all great nations before, America had its grandeur of a beginning. And like all nations before, America has once again proven that people learn nothing from history. But unlike any nation before, America’s foundation was built upon the word and the testimony of Scripture. American citizens knew well the freedoms no other nation’s people had ever experienced. With that freedom came ingenuity, creativity and capitalism, and the opportunity for anyone to rise above their surroundings to achieve any level of success they believed they could achieve. Unlike any nation before, American capitalism created a middleclass of citizenship that thrived. There were Christians and non-Christians who built the backbone of this nation. Like all nations before, there was good, and there was bad.

America became strong both economically and militarily and overtime, that strength gave way to apathy. Its citizenship became comfortable and lost focus of what the founding fathers pledged their wealth and lives to establish, and the same enemy of old gradually took advantage of the neglect and oversight of the Bible and the sacred documents that made American life so unique. Corruption in government, the judiciary and education, did, over time, create an ideal in those groomed for public office, that the educated few really know what is best for the people, and stealthfully deceived the naïve. Apathy then gave way to indifference, and the eventual decline into what is now called moral relativism. Like all great nations before, America is in the throws of its death, and we have no one to blame but ourselves. Once again, America is not a nation of covenant, and neither is America a Christian nation. What defines America today is the word apostasy. We have willfully turned away from the only true God, and have come to despise His nature and His law. God has given the American people not only what we want, but also what we deserve.

The office of the presidency is occupied by an apostate. Barack Obama is neither a Christian nor a Muslim. Mr. Obama is Gods judgment upon America. As were the last three presidents. The Senate and the House are filled with the unregenerate in spirit and reprobates in mind. The moral and economic condition of our nation is proof of its leaders turning away from God to their own wicked imaginations. There is no hope for America unless God intervenes. But, if history proves to be right, God will not intervene.

America’s apostasy is the reason for Gods judgment upon its people. Most of what calls itself Christianity in America today is heresy and so far from God, that even the true Christian witness is mocked because of the many false teachers well planned out schemes to decieve people. People who know not God are given the platform to tell half-truths and outright lies disguised as religious dialogue, and the illeterate of divine truth know no better. The confused teaching the confused, defines confusion. God has abandoned America, and this is evidenced by the great influx of sin among the people. Our government now calls good bad and wrong right. Leaders encourage sin and even reward the lewd. Homosexuality is celebrated. Lying is an accepted behavior. Science and medicine and bipartisan politicians have legislated successfully for the murder of tens of millions of unborn babies, because the fetus is an inconvenience to a womans consumption of pleasure. And the sin goes on, and on, and on… How can God not judge America?

We have fallen far from the revealed knowledge our founding fathers built this nation upon, and socialism is the inevitable outcome. The Untied Nations and other socialist organizations are whetting their pants with glee over the fall of American sovereignty. The only nation that stood in the way of one-world government was America, and that stance is in grave danger. Because we loved our pleasure of sin over the righteousness of God, God has now given us over to our enemies will.

There is coming a great persecution upon the American people. It will begin with the amending of the First Amendment to restrict free speech. This beginning happened October 29, 2009, with the hate crimes bill being signed into law by president Barack Obama. Initially, Christians will be the target, to silence the preaching of the Gospel. And if this is successful, their full-scale attack against our constitution will then prove the proponents of hope and change to be the fools they really are. The enemies of God do not care about you, the American people.

So enjoy your postmodern, secular, humanistic world-view, while time awards this privilege. For the day will come when Gods wrath is unleashed in all of its fury, and you will realize too late, that the theocratic world-view Christians adhered too, whom you ridiculed and made fun of, were right all along. They weren’t perfect, just forgiven, and the only voice of truth.

  1. I agree our country was founded on Christian principles and doctrine.

But over time we have ignored GOD and went our own ways, Now we are reaping the reward of throwing/rejecting GOD out of every aspect of our lifes, schools and even our churches.

We have decided we don’t need GOD so we have let every perverse sin become the norm, as the saying goes” If it feels good do it” and believe me we have not let any thing stop us.

The decline of America is very visible, man can not nor will not do what is the right thing because of sin.

There will be a new heaven and new earth that GOD will deliver to his SON Jesus and we can be a part of his new world, of course Jesus will be ruling the new world along with his 12 disciples. The knowledge of GOD will fill this new world.

A World with out sin compared to the present world we live in.

If we are living for just this present life and world we will miss the New World that GOD has for us that are Sons of God.

We have Hope for that new World and it is all because of Jesus and his willingness to do the will of his Father and die for the sins of this present world.

We walk by Faith and not by sight.
